Our Life Skills coaching supports residents in building everyday abilities such as managing a household, handling money, and organising routines, giving them the confidence and preparation they need to live independently and move forward successfully.

Safe Accommodation

We provide safe, fully furnished accommodation where residents can feel secure and supported, offering a stable environment designed to promote independence, personal growth, and a positive fresh start.

Housing and Tenancy Support

Our Housing and Tenancy Support provides residents with life skills coaching to help them understand tenancy responsibilities, manage their home confidently, and build the essential skills needed for independent living and a successful long-term move-on

Emotional Wellbeing & Resilience

Our Emotional Wellbeing and Resilience support helps residents build confidence, manage stress, anxiety, or low mood, and develop the emotional tools and coping strategies needed for independent living and a successful, lasting move-on.

Advocacy

We advocate for our residents by connecting them with vital services such as healthcare and mental health support, substance misuse treatment, employment assistance including job searches and interview preparation, and access to adult education and training opportunities, helping them build a stronger, more independent future.

Employment, Education, and Training (EET) Pathway

Our Employment, Education, and Training (EET) pathway offers life skills coaching to help residents build confidence, develop essential skills for independent living, and prepare for a successful transition into work, training, or further education.
